Computer & laptop supply for teams that cannot afford downtime
Fleet desktops, business laptops and engineering workstations — specified against the work you actually do, not the spec sheet that happened to be in stock.

Most bulk computer orders in Pakistan go wrong in one of two places: the specification, or the serial number. A buyer asks for "twenty laptops", receives twenty machines that technically match the quote, and discovers in month three that eight of them are refurbished units re-boxed as new, or that the i5 in the quotation is a four-year-old generation still legally sold as an i5.
We quote generation and model number, not marketing tier. If a proposal says 13th-generation Core i5 with 16GB and an NVMe drive, that is what arrives, and the serial on each chassis is recorded against your delivery challan so you can check it yourself. Where a lower specification genuinely does the job — and for most office and administrative work it does — we will tell you and quote it, because a supplier who over-specifies once does not get the second order.
Machines are imaged before they leave us. Your operating system build, domain join, standard software set and asset tag are applied at our bench, so what lands on the desk is ready to log into rather than ready to start configuring.
How we handle computers & laptops
Specified by workload, not by tier
An accounts desk, a CAD seat and a reception terminal have nothing in common. We size RAM, storage and processor generation to each role rather than quoting one configuration across the whole floor.
Serial-verified against warranty
Every unit’s serial is checked on the manufacturer warranty portal before dispatch and recorded on your delivery documentation. Refurbished stock sold as new is the standing risk in this market and this is how it gets caught.
Imaged and asset-tagged at our bench
OS build, domain join, standard application set, BIOS password policy and physical asset tags applied before delivery. A fifty-machine rollout becomes a delivery, not a two-week deployment project.
Consistent configuration across a rollout
For fleet orders we hold one configuration across the batch so your support burden stays flat. Where a model reaches end-of-life mid-rollout we flag it and offer the successor rather than silently mixing generations.
Trade-in and disposal handled
Old machines are collected on the same visit. Drives are wiped to a documented standard before anything leaves your premises, and you get a certificate for your records.
Spares held for fleet accounts
For orders above a threshold we hold matching chargers, batteries and drives locally so a failure is a same-week swap rather than a fresh import cycle.
From enquiry to working computers & laptops
These steps are specific to computers & laptops — the survey, the checks and the commissioning differ meaningfully by category.
Role and workload audit
We ask what each group of users actually runs. Spreadsheets and a browser need a very different machine from Revit or video editing, and paying for the latter across an entire office is the most common waste in Pakistani IT budgets.
Configuration shortlist
You get two or three configurations per role with generation, RAM, storage type and warranty term stated explicitly, plus the cost difference between them so the trade-off is yours to make.
Sourcing and serial check
Units are sourced and each serial is verified against the manufacturer warranty database. Anything that returns an unexpected activation date or a prior registration is rejected before it reaches you.
Imaging and asset tagging
Your standard build is applied, machines are joined to the domain where applicable, and asset tags are fitted and logged against serials in a register handed over with the delivery.
Delivery and desk-side handover
Machines are delivered, unboxed and placed. For larger rollouts we stage delivery floor by floor so your staff are not without a working desk.
Warranty administration
Any failure inside warranty is logged and pursued by us with the manufacturer. You raise one ticket with H4 rather than negotiating with a service centre yourself.
Common problems with computers & laptops — and what we do about them
These are the failures we are called in to fix. Each one is preventable at specification stage.
Refurbished machines sold as new
Serial-level warranty verification before dispatch. A unit whose warranty clock started eighteen months ago is not new, and the portal shows it regardless of what the box looks like.
Processor generation hidden behind the tier name
We quote full model numbers — for example Core i5-1335U rather than "Core i5". Two machines can carry the same tier badge and be four years apart in real performance.
Mixed configurations across one order
One locked configuration per role across the batch, with any mid-rollout model change flagged to you in writing before it ships.
Warranty that cannot be claimed locally
We supply units carrying warranty serviceable in Pakistan and handle the claim ourselves. "International warranty" on a machine bought in Peshawar is frequently unusable in practice.
Deployment time swallowing the IT team
Imaging, domain join and tagging happen at our bench. A thirty-machine order arrives ready to log into rather than consuming a fortnight of internal effort.
Why the grey-market question is sharper in KPK
Peshawar’s position on the trade routes means the region sees more informally imported stock than anywhere else in Pakistan. That is not automatically a problem — plenty of legitimate parallel imports carry perfectly valid warranty — but it does mean a buyer here cannot rely on the box alone. Serial verification is not us being cautious for the sake of it; it is the only reliable way to separate a genuine unit from a returned or refurbished one in this market.
Computers & Laptops — questions we get asked
Specific to this service line. If yours is not covered here, ask us directly and we will answer it properly.
How do I know the laptops you supply are not refurbished units sold as new?
Every unit we dispatch has its serial number checked against the manufacturer’s warranty portal first, and the result is recorded on your delivery documentation. A genuinely new machine shows either no activation date or one that begins when you register it; a refurbished or previously sold unit shows a warranty clock that started months or years earlier. You can re-run that check yourself on the manufacturer site using the serials we hand over. If a unit fails this check it never reaches you — it goes back to the source.
Can you match a specification written into a tender or BOQ exactly?
Yes, and this is a large part of what we do for institutional buyers. Send us the BOQ or tender specification and we will quote line by line against it, marking each item as fully compliant, equivalent, or non-compliant with a stated reason. Where a specified part has reached end-of-life — which happens constantly with processor generations in tenders written six months earlier — we identify the current equivalent and give you the documentation to justify the substitution to your procurement committee.
What is the realistic lead time on a bulk laptop order in Pakistan?
For common business configurations held in local distribution, five to ten working days including imaging is typical. For higher-specification workstations or a configuration that has to be imported specifically, plan on three to five weeks, because that is genuinely governed by shipping and customs clearance rather than by us. We state the lead time per line on the quotation before you commit, and if clearance slips we tell you when it slips rather than when you ask.
Do you handle the old machines when you deliver new ones?
Yes. We collect superseded equipment on the same visit where you want us to, wipe the drives to a documented overwrite standard, and issue a certificate confirming it. For organisations with data-handling obligations — hospitals, banks, anything holding personal records — that certificate matters more than the residual value of the hardware. Where units still have market value we can offset it against the new order instead of charging separately for disposal.
Will you supply a small order, or is there a minimum?
There is no formal minimum and we regularly supply single replacement machines to existing account customers. That said, the imaging, asset-tagging and staged-delivery parts of our process only really pay for themselves from roughly ten units upward — below that you are mostly buying sourcing and warranty administration, which is still worth having but is a smaller share of the value.
