This policy explains what information H4 Global Private Limited collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be impenetrable.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. When you submit the quote request or contact form, that means your name, organisation, email address, phone number, city, the category and scale of your requirement, your timeline, and whatever you write in the details field.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Standard server logs may record IP addresses and request data for security and reliability purposes.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you a quotation or answer your enquiry
- To arrange a site survey where one is needed
- To maintain a record of orders, deliveries and warranty coverage
- To meet tax, invoicing and audit obligations under Pakistani law
How it is handled
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to us by email through Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Your message passes through their infrastructure in order to reach us. We do not store form submissions in a separate database on this website.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when loading the page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not result in an order are kept for up to two years, so that we can pick up a conversation if you return. Records relating to actual orders — invoices, delivery documentation, warranty and serial records — are kept as long as required for tax, audit and warranty purposes, which is typically longer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where necessary to fulfil your requirement: with manufacturers or service centres when administering a warranty claim on your behalf, with logistics providers to deliver goods to you, and with our accountants or auditors where required by law.
Your choices
